Order Cancellation
- If you wish to cancel your order, please email us at support@khushrav.in within 6 hours of placing the order (Monday to Saturday, 10 AM to 7 PM).
- Some orders ship immediately, and cancellation may not always be possible.
- Any paid amount will be refunded to the original payment method used during checkout.
Note:
- For debit/credit card refunds, the refund time may vary based on your bank’s processing policies.
- Banks notify customers of credits over ₹5000 via SMS. For refunds below ₹5000, please check your bank account or credit card statement.
Return & Refund Policy
- Once a return request is submitted to customer service, it takes approximately 4 business days for the product to be picked up.
- After the product reaches our warehouse, it undergoes a quality check (2 days). If it passes, the refund process will be initiated.
Refund Timelines by Payment Method
- Prepaid Orders: Refund within 7 business days after a successful quality check.
- COD Orders: Refund within 7 business days in the form of Khushrav Credit/E-vouchers.
Restocking Charges
- Depending on the condition of the packaging and product, we may apply a 10% restocking fee for eligible returns.
