We use reliable courier services like Shadowfax, DTDC, Ecom Express, and Xpressbees to ensure safe and timely delivery. All shipments are fully insured for your peace of mind.
For COD orders, the courier may contact you before delivery. If you're unavailable, you can coordinate a new delivery time or arrange a pickup from their location. Please note that unforeseen delays by courier companies or customer unavailability may affect delivery.

Returns & Exchanges
We want you to love your purchase, and if something doesn’t feel right, we’re here to make the process smooth and hassle-free.
Eligibility for Returns/Exchanges
- You can return or exchange items within 7 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, with original tags and packaging intact.
- For multiple-item exchanges, each item requires a separate request with your preferred size and color.
Post 7-Day Return Window
- Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted after 7 days from delivery. We appreciate your understanding.
One-Time Exchange Policy
- Exchanges can only be processed once within the 7-day window.
- Please select size and color thoughtfully, as exchange orders are not eligible for further return/exchange.
Damaged or Incorrect Product
In the rare case that you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, submit an exchange request on our website within 7 days of delivery for a quick resolution.
Returning Items from a Combo

If you return one item from a combo, the refund will be based on the individual price of that item, not the combo price.
Example: If you purchase 2 trousers for ₹1399 (with a 15% discount) and return one priced at ₹799, you will be refunded ₹600. -
For partial returns from multi-product orders, the discount will be adjusted according to the items you keep.
Example: If you receive a 25% discount on 4 items but return 2, the discount will be recalculated to 15% for the remaining items.
Exchange for Different Products
- You can exchange your product for another of equal or lower value.
- If the replacement item is of lower value, the difference will be refunded to your bank account within 7 working days after we receive the returned parcel.
